Who called from 4042488996

I have been receiving the call from  404-248-8996..Even @ midnight. When I try calling this number, no one answers and goes some kind of fax machine. Do not know who is calling and why? I have received calls from this number even at midnight 3-30 AM. How to find the owner of this phone and whom to contact?

did you every figure out who this is? did they ever stop calling? the same thing is happening to me :(
