Got repeated robo calls from this number with a message demanding we call them back. I finally do, to discover that it is Northside Hospital calling about a CURRENT bill. They admitted that the bill they were calling about was not past due and that it is their business practice to start harassing their customers for payment as soon as they receive payment from the insurance company.
When I asked how to lodge a complaint against this practice I was given the name of Bradley Holt, supposedly director of the business office. This is his email
