Got a call from this number this morning. I answered, got a recorded message that started "This is so and so the tree man just giving you a call to....." . I then hung up before the message completed. I suspect it is just another of many scam calls. The CID show "Wireless Caller". I have a number of friends whose number shows up like that, but I should know better than to answer a call from a number I don't recognize.
A call came through at about 9:40 this AM. Obviously a robo call. I have a FAX machine at home with a dedicated #. The call came to that #. Caller ID indicated both the caller and the # were the same. Obviously spoofed.If they had let it ring a little longer they would have gotten a FAX tone. I added this # to my call blocker. It will not ring through again. These calls do make you wonder how these people are compensated. Rarely interact with a human. I guess if they throw enough crap around some will stick. Tom
