Since the CLID said "WIRELESS CALLER" and the number is local, I picked up and said "hello". I immediately received a recording that started out by saying "Congratulations, you have just won a free cruise". I immediately hung up the phone. 95% of the time I don't answer or pick up the call and hang up immediately. Since I live in the ATL area, and since it looked like a cell phone - all I can say is they got me on that one!
Just got this call, didn't answer. In case you're curious why they hang up/don't leave a message, it's because if you call them back, they can get around the Do Not Call rules.
