Since the CLID said "WIRELESS CALLER" and the number is local, I picked up and said "hello". I immediately received a recording that started out by saying "Congratulations, you have just won a free cruise". I immediately hung up the phone. 95% of the time I don't answer or pick up the call and hang up immediately. Since I live in the ATL area, and since it looked like a cell phone - all I can say is they got me on that one!
Just got a call in California on my cell. http://www.maddillz.com/detail.aspx?phonenumber=4042913849 shows it's a Verizon cell number. These Verizon maggots need to STOP selling our cell numbers to anyone with a $1.50.
I never answer numbers I don't recognize and save them in contacts as spam to avoid all future hassle.
