This number has been calling me for the last few days. I answer and hear a beep. Then it disconnects. I assumed it was a sales call or misdirected fax when they called all day in this way. I don't have caller id so I *69 it as it continued. I finally called back to try to get to the bottom of this when they called me after midnight. The phone was picked up and about 9 digits were immediately dialed (this was not a fax machine). I said Hello and the line disconnected immediately. I called back again and got a message saying the person at that extension was not available. No company name or employee name was in the message. It could have been a generic home answering machine. I left a message saying to remove my number from the calling list. I also reported it to AT&T my local company.
This number has called me a couple of times very early in the morning at 3 without leaving any message. My answering machine picks up the call and you can hear just silence on the other end. It says "name unknown" on my caller ID so I cannot tell who it is. What upsets me most is they call past midnight just when I get a sound sleep. Having a sleeping problem makes me more frustrated not knowing who is calling my home past midnight. I need to know how to stop them from calling my number without disconnecting my phone at night.
I received a phone call at 12:44 am and then when I answered the phone they hung up. I called the number and left a message to please do not ever call this number again I am on the no call list
