Called me twice in a row, no message left. Called ID says Atlanta, GA. I blocked them.

Claimed to be American Express. I asked him to send me something in writing. He kept trying to talk over me. As I was reciting my PO box #, he hung up on me! That made me smile!

scammers called; didn't answer it and blocked this number from future calling.

One of many numbers used by Nationwide Credit, Inc.  NCI falsely and illegally claims to be American Express when they call, and deny that they are actually a collection agency calling on behalf of American Express.
