Blocked this one as well. They change their number weekly. Regarding the question on blocking numbers in a cell phone, on Apple you can just select Block This Caller. On others where you may be limited by your carrier, try this: Create a contact and name it something like "Ignore" or "Block". Set the ringtone of the contact to "silent". When you receive a phone call that you want to ignore or block, save that to the contact you created. Then if you receive a call from that number, it is ignored. Your phone doesn't ring nor will it show a missed call. Problem solved without having to pay the carrier fee for blocking calls. It's built in to the iPhone already so there are no fees for blocking on them.
Got a call from this number but did not answer. I get so many calls from numbers I don't recognize anymore that I wait until I can google it and then they are history.
Received 3/18/2016. I live in Georgia, so I answered. Figured it was a spam call, but it could have been family, too. Sure enough, it was a robocall. I heard "Congratulations! You have..." and hung up.
As a side note, I received the exact same robocall from 404-334-4101 today, 3/22/2016.
