Who called from 4043419228

Called house at 10AM, left no VM.  CID says "Survey" but based on comments, that is a lie.

Missed a call from the number and when i called back, I heard an automated message that said if I wanted to be placed on a do not call list for the number that called then press one.

call ID read    SURVEY; rang 3 times,  I answered thinking some kind of political question,   no answer no one there,   I hung up

Called me. Left no message

Got a call on my cell phone while I was driving.  Quickly looked at number.......did not recognize.........did not answer.    No message
was left.    4:46 P.M. on 04/04/16.   I am on the Do Not Call list for my cell and landline.
