Total fraud. Bogus debt collectors calling you on phony debts trying to extort money from you. Do not answer them, do not return their calls. Block their calls. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY OR AGREE TO.
Total clap-trap. A pay-day loan cannot be magically transformed into a criminal offense. Payday loans are civil debts and you cannot be arrested for ordinary civll debts. Being in debt is not a crime. Criminal matters are handled by the police and district attorney in your area. Debt collectors have no powers of arrest and no influence on the criminal justice system. There are no papers and she can't send them anywhere even if there were.
Only judges issue warrants and they are only issued to duly constituted law enforcement agencies on the basis of probable cause that the person named has committed the crime. They are only issued to duly constituted law enforcement officers and served in hand. Judges DO NOT issue arrest warrants on a debt collectors say so.
This is a total scam. Do not fall for it.
Tell them, if they call you that you know it's a scam and that you are going to file an extortion complaint with the local police.
