Yes they are a fraud.  Read the other notes.   These are debt scammers trying to defraud YOU by scaring you into paying them some money.  Don't fall for it.  Don't return their calls.  Block their calls.  Being in debt is not a crime and you can't be arrested for it.   Don't send them any money and don't agree to!

This is basically extortion.  Go to the police and make a compliant of extortion.

What if i already agree to pay

I got the same call from me hall. She wouldn't talk to me kept putting me on hold acting like she was transferring me to another person higher then her.. Please don't believe this!!!!  I am 9months pregnant and I was on the phone crying thinking I was going to be sent to jail all lies....
