When I asked if they would take our number off of their list of people to receive "Final Notices" (which we receive almost daily), the response was "No, we want to reduce your interest rate."
Have reported them to the Do Not Call Complaint list (google it for the URL/address) twice in the last 2 weeks. This has helped with other companies.
I always screw with them when they call. Tonight I gave them the, "a stripper girlfriend ran up my card". It was a female caller, and I guess I was getting a little too ghetto with her. A male "offsite manager" got on the line and scolded me for talking to a lady the way I did. Hahaha! I was soooo relieved when he said he wasn't going to do anything. I encourage people to get creative and mess with these people. My personal favorite was the security system telemarketer. Told them that I was very interested in hidden security cameras in a rental property I rent to college girls. They called me a scumbag and refused my business. Guess even they have standards!
Got a called on my id saying CONSUMER SVCS on 2/18/2015 at 12;24P cst. I'm tried of these calls. I would love to have the device they use to keep up this trouble.
They have literally called us hundreds of times over the last few years, often saying that this is the last time that we have an opportunity to lower our interest rates.

I have tried hanging up. I have tried pressing one and telling them nicely to take me off the list. I have tried pressing one and not being nice. I have tried pressing three to be taken off. I have tried calling back.
Yes these morons have called every day this week. The first thing they say always is "Do you have 2K in credit card debt?" As soon as I inform them that they are crooks and thieves they hang up. I will try to lead them on when they call tomorow and they will call like the sun rising these people call every day. I do not think they are really in Atlanta,they spoof the # they are likely in India. anyway there are idiots, morons and imbeciles all.
