what's the point of registering if there is nothing you can do about these fools?

called my cell #. no message left.  i never answer a number i don't recognize.  just wish i could block spam numbers.

Good point...don't register and if you already have,  Opt out.   I am staying on the DNC because of all of the millions  of legitimate companies who are honoring the list and NOT calling me.

You have to go to the national do not call registry website and file a complaint. Read the instructions.
