I received a call from this number today. They have called before, but this time I opted to speak to someone to get my number off their list. As I was speaking to a lady, she hung up on me. I reversed called and got the message to press any number to get off their list, and I got a busy signal.
This came up on caller id as Bartlett, Inc. It was Heather from Cardholder Services under yet another new number. Asking to be taken off their lists never works, so I sometimes opt to speak to someone and calmly tell them I'm sorry they've taken a job scamming people. This man kept trying instead of hanging up. I said I assumed he wanted my credit card info; he said he already had it but needed to confirm it. After he asked about my interest rate, I hung up.
