Who called from 4044001179

Got a call from this number last few days. First time the caller had a thick accent, all other calls have no one there and gets disconnected quickly.

call me twice every day and they are bill collector.
I own small amount of money to some company,
but i have a no job to make a payment.

calls 2-4 times a day. leaves no messages. i refuse to answer. been going on for over a week.

I hope this helps...I traced this 4044001179 as getting complaints reported..same man has 4046185697...and suspicious number 233244577097...met him Larry Noel wood on connecting singles date site...has called and sent emails to me on all these numbers...screams SCAMMER to me..professes love really fast online never meeting in person...fraud scammed...I suspect..
