Yes I get them constantly. I have one calling me saying they are going to serve me papers at my job and home. I have been getting calls like this for the past 5 years and I am still waiting. It says it is for an outstanding check. And I have one that calls for a payday loan that I don't have from 2009. Never the same number. I have read where so many people get scared and give them what they want. I know I have nothing outstanding so They also use a Deputy name that doesn't exist and the department from where you live. I called our departments and let them know someone is using an officers name and to see if anything was outstanding on me, They were so nice to answer my question.
Did you receive anything IN WRITING that was MAILED (post office) from this company? If not, think SCAM (and you would also have received a summons to appear in court).

This is FRAUD! They said they were collecting for QC Holdings. I called QC Holdings and gave them all my info and they said they have no account for me in collections. They try to scam you for immediate payment.
I get this call maybe 3-4 times a month on my cell phone. Says the same thing, court case, waive your right to council. AND the tone of voice makes me want to smack her. She's just about yelling. I get the same type of call from several different numbers.
