Yes I get them constantly. I have one calling me saying they are going to serve me papers at my job and home. I have been getting calls like this for the past 5 years and I am still waiting. It says it is for an outstanding check. And I have one that calls for a payday loan that I don't have from 2009. Never the same number. I have read where so many people get scared and give them what they want. I know I have nothing outstanding so They also use a Deputy name that doesn't exist and the department from where you live. I called our departments and let them know someone is using an officers name and to see if anything was outstanding on me, They were so nice to answer my question.
Same story here from all the post. A payday loan, that I haven't had in years. I called back and upon asking for additional information, they hang up on you and will not answer when you call back.
