received this call about 11:30 today. Said a loan was taken out for $770.00 in july of 2014 on line. They are calling from Ohio, and wanted to take care of this debt with a credit card. I just laughed at them and hung up. They called back a few minutes later and said they were sending this file over to Ada county, here in Idaho...
Call from this number stated they are a mediator for the law firm Goldstone & Associates and i have had a claim filed against me for an online loan taken out in 06/14/2013 - no i never took out a loan - they have all my information - NAME, ADDRESS, SSN - BANK NAME... how do they get all this and how do you stop them
call stated i have a loan from Woodforest Bank in Austin. Never banked there. They were going to send my file to the law firm Goldstone & Associates and i have a claim filed against me for a loan from 2011. Well this is the second time they do this to me. I am not going to worried about it.
