They have called several family members and stated they need to get in touch with me regarding committing fraud against a federally insured agency (bank). 2 relatives were called at work. When I did talk with them they said I owed money for an online loan I took out. Never heard of this company nor did business with them. I asked for a copy of my credit application and was told it will come out in discovery when we go to court. I hung up. They are still calling and harassing me.
It is all a big time scam. The mere fact that they are calling relatives, etc. red flags that they are not to be taken seriously and are using extortion to try and scare people into paying them off. Bottom feeding grifters that need to be found and prosecuted.
Kesean Henderson is the current registered manager of this so called "Goldstone & Associates", while Elijah King is the Owner/CEO. Elijah King is listed in scambook as having a writ of possession filed against him and reneging on his lease. He was affiliated with Rod Ball of that other scam organization Pinnacle, that got slapped with violations and shut down. Guess he is trying again with a new scam called Goldston e & Associates. If they are calling, harassing you - let the AG of both Delaware and especially, Georgia know what they are doing.
