Got a call from this number at 8:00 PM on a week night. When I said hello, there was a moment of silence and then a recording asking for me. I said it was me and there was another long silence. I hung up.

I received a call from this number when I said hello it was a moment of  silent and then it got disconnected.

Yes this weird number called me at 6:30....didn't answer and they left no message.....sketch

I called the number back and it's Georgia State University.
