This is GA State University calling AGAIN from another number about their parent association.
I've blocked them before and asked them to quit calling me soliciting money, donations, etc. They use a phone call generation system with a new number like this one and the moment you answer it hangs up because it has verified you.
Now they have your number and they know you answer to the new number, which they'll use to start calling you again from. I have my numbers on the Do Not Call Registry and remind them of this but they ignore it. Very frustrating!
