Woman with accent called four times in 90 minutes, wanting to send papers to a specific IT manager. I explained that the company regarded what she was doing as soliciting, despite her denials, and transferred to Purchasing on the first three occasions. Fourth time around, I took some advice from posters on other 800notes pages and sent her to the fax machine.
She hasn't phoned again. Booyah!
These people are liars and scammers. Put them on hold until they hang up. Ask lots of Questions, make them repeat themselves and/or spell out their names and company name. Waste their time. Drop them into False voice mail boxes. Hate these Calls.
Heavy Asian accent. Called my personal cell phone. Asked if it was the company I worked for and asked for our VP of Human Resources. I asked how they got my number. She said "it's in our database". I asked "what database is that?". She then hung up.
so far this morning 23 calls. Claiming to be with Dell. LOSERS! get a worthwhile job and stop bugging the hard working people. Dell should be ashamed their name is being used for this crap.
