Got a call from David Gaines about a settlement in full of $1,015 from a lawsuit with Loan.com. He could not tell about the loan other than the date and amount, but not from who. Kept saying Loan.com. Got a call today indicating if I don't pay the money today, the judge will be signing the arrest warrant tomorrow. I have not received 36 pieces of mail that is registered mail at my 3 addresses he has listed. The guy calling today was Chris Baker Chief Operator. Says they are from U.S. 1 Financial. A lawyer I spoke with says unless they have registered mail that was refused by me, then they can't collect a dime or arrest me. Scam big time.

As well this company has been harassing me for months. The calls stopped for about 4 weeks and now starting again. I got a call from Amanda Tyler first, then David Gaines and then a bogus call I was being arrested and the fellow who called posed as working for our local courthouse. I have contacted my attorney, my local sheriff's office, prosecuting attorney and all have advised I do nothing and if a true debit exist then they will have to prove validity of this debt. They stated my loan with mycashnow.com and was back in 2007 at an address and a on a bank account that was even active. I have contacted the Attorney General office in Georgia and in Missouri on them. I never received any notification of this debt nor will they prove validity to me.
US 1 Financial is now using 800 numbers when calling about supposed debts for my daughter. All the debts incurred by her and her ex-husband have been part of the divorce settlement in which the ex is to assume all the debts and make good on them or suffer the consequences. This company has been harassing her for the past 15 months on some supposed debt which they will not send any documentation for or give specifics other than a total amount. When you call their number back there is no live person only an answering machine..
