I have had the exact same experience with this very RUDE woman who would not identify herself. I then called back and when I requested additional information she hung up on me! So, I called back again and the phone went straight to a voicemail that indicated she was Contessa Johnson. I believe this woman should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Her work practices are unethical and rude without reason. She did not even state the name of the company she was representing!!
Same here, I have no unpaid bills or past due account. And its a women who goes by the name of Contessa Johnson, She is calling me to collect money. I think this woman needs to be investigated.

Manny, Yes. I have had the exact same experience. Contessa Johnson and the contact number were the same for me too. I also have no past due/outstanding debts. When I questioned her after calling back one time, she actually hung up on me.
