I have had the exact same experience with this very RUDE woman who would not identify herself. I then called back and when I requested additional information she hung up on me! So, I called back again and the phone went straight to a voicemail that indicated she was Contessa Johnson. I believe this woman should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Her work practices are unethical and rude without reason. She did not even state the name of the company she was representing!!

Just got the same call, twice, though I couldn't take them so she left messages. She seemed polite enough. Funny thing, she didn't hang up in time the first time, and I heard her talking to a coworker afterwards, something like "I am workin my way down to ONE [something]...". Kinda unprofessional.
I'm thinking maybe I don't call her back. Can't find any info on who the 800 number is for. She did have my first and last name though.

This Contessa Johnson needs to be reported! She had the audacity to call me BROKE! Then proceeded to hang up on me several times, after 18 calls throughout the day. Did anyone catch the name of the company?
