These people are calling everyone I know. I just called them back to see what the skinny is. The guy I spoke to told me I was being sued. I said if I was being sued I should get paperwork - not harrassing phone calls. He told me to hold so he could look into the case and have it unlocked. I told him he had 1 minutes. He said he isn't going to take demand from me. I hung up on him :)
It all sounds like complete crap! They can try to scare away but luckily for me I know how the system works :)
i received a call from a family member who received a call from someone looking for me, they stated they had documents of some sort for me from a law firm hired to file judgement against me. i called to see what was going on (before i called i did verify with a friend that works for the clerks office that they did in fact file something against me) when i called these people they advised me it was a "payday" loan. which i agreed i took out years ago, i knew it was stupid and i knew i owed, wasn't aware until now i could be sued for it. the man i spoke with agreed with me the balance was very high with all the interest so he agreed to lower the balance, when it was all said and done i settled for around 40% ( a steal if you ask me). i went from being scared to feeling relieved and then to being thankful that they were so understanding and so willing to work with me, i learned my lesson to stay far away from these kinds of loans.
Nice try! But, you've failed...again!
Listen up you illiterate fraud! You are no where near to being able to deal with us here. You are a liar, a cheat & a scammer. Would you like to know how we can tell? It's very simple there Einstein! We just ask you to provide us with a valid physical address for the people you're referring to. You have that. You've "settled" with them. The Clerk of Court would have nothing without it. You won't provide a verifiable thing & we all know why. You're a clown sitting in an Indian boiler-room making less in a day than an American spends to wash his car. You know it, we know it. Now stop posting here. You're only making a bigger fool of yourself. And that's not an easy thing to do!
Skeff Ett Liv!

Robert is lying. He is a 'shill' for the scammer, posting here to try to trick gullible people into questioning whether or not this call really is a scam. It IS a scam, and you have no obligation to even speak with the caller.
(It's rare that such a shill would post using such good grammar! There's not a misspelled word in it - just rampant misuse of commas and periods. Good job for a typically ignorant, immoral scammer!)
I would have to assume that the shill is one of the 10% of people from India who did finish school. The mind is a dangerous thing indeed! But every time he thinks, he weakens his nation (apologies to Moe Howard)
Now that you mention it, his spelling wasn't bad. He may not be an Indian. I'm thinking now that he's just another one of the semi-literate, scamming cockroaches that are perpetually scurrying around the Atlanta metro area. We're extremely good here at forcing those insects to relocate. We do it on a regular basis & I'm a bit of an expert at it. They are kind of in one of my "back yards". I know just how to apply the pressure & I know the people that can make things happen.
For a couple of years now it's been getting hot for the Atlanta area fraud-shops. It's getting hotter all the time & the pot is starting to come to a real boil now. If we could get the same action happening in the Erie county NY area we could finally put a real dent in the bogus debt collection industry. Perhaps one day the JDBs in NY will run out of influence & will begin to be shut down. We have a dream....
Live Well.
