WHO is the PERVERT there with this Phone Number???

Some unknown caller?  I.D. shown Zahir Husan calling my home phone at 8:16pm, I didn't answer and when I answer machine came on they were delayed for a second or two then just breath or some weird noise in the back and hang up.

got a call from 4044540997.....I finally answered it and it was in my ID as Zahir Husan.....it was a female calling on behalf of American Kidney Services, wanting donations for thrift stores that raise money for kidney services.

Party has called from 404-454-0997 several times recently.  Sometimes the name Zahir Husan appears as the calling name.  I do not answer the phone.  There is a message that I can't comprehend during the answering machine machine message.
