Who called from 4044648221

Please contact the consumer fraud divisions of your respective Attorney General's office, as well as that of the State of Georgia if you receive the following text, which I received at 9:11 a.m. MST, on 1/14/14. Called the number to see what information I could gather and only received an automated system asking the caller to enter their credit card number. Lousy scammers...

"Please contact AchieveCard @ 4044648221. Your 441858XX Visa Has Been Limited."

I just received the same text, but I live in SC:

Received this text message yesterday @ about 5:30 p.m.  I do not have an "Achieve Card" nor have I ever.  I am interested in knowing where they got our numbers....also is it just numbers from one cell carrier.  I have Verizon.
