Who called from 4044648221

I am a TIC FCU member, and received a text from this # saying "{42232XXXXXXXXXXXXXX} acct issue"  it asked me to call 404-464-8221. I called it, and it asked for me to enter my whole CC/Debit Card # and press #. Of course i didnt enter my info, i called my bank and they said those are fraud texts, as long as i didnt enter any cc info i would be fine. I shopped at Target over the holiday, and it looks like they had stole more than CC info, they had addresses, emails, and phone #'s of shoppers. My bank had also issued me a new card due to the Target issue eariler this month.

•Target, Neiman Marcus  and Michaels have confirmed that malware on its U.S. point of sale systems resulted in unauthorized access to payment card data such as the customer’s name, credit or debit card number, the card’s expiration date, the three digit code on the back of the card, and the encrypted PIN, resulting in the compromise of credit and debit card information for millions of customers. Target has also announced that additional customer information was taken during the breach, which may include customer names, mailing addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses for up to 70 million customers. Target has confirmed that the breach is resolved.
