Who called from 4044795707

Asked to speak with my spouse. I asked if I could tell them who was calling, and they hung up.

I got call from this number the person asked is this Wilbur I said speaking and then the man hung up I tried calling him back and the phone didn't even ring. strange call.

My phone said it was a National Police phone number. No one answered the phone when I picked up and no answered the phone when I called it back.

Only the number came up on caller ID.  A voice mail was left but all I could hear was call center noise. It was only 3 seconds long.   This number has called several times and it's always the same thing, ring until voicemail picks up then hang up. You may or may not get a short voicemail with nothing in it.

Got a call from this number and no answer from who ever called...just silence.
