Who called from 4044817254

Picked up phone and the rep stated I need hp support due to viruses. I hung up he phone. Ironically I was on another type of computer and not my hp.

They call and know my name (?)  also that I have an HP .. I have a feeling that they are getting this info from real HP people.  I think I was able to block this number, but not sure it worked.  I've had many of these calls, asked them not to call again, but it doesn't work.

Don't answer it's a scam computer got hacked

Got this when called back: The number or code you have dialed is incorrect. Please check the number and try again. Message 7, switch, 366.
