Have been receiving calls from this number from an "Investigator Knowles", lol.  The first time that I returned the call (last two weeks or so ago) & she told me she was an Investigator I laughed at her & she hung up on me.  Today I get another voice mail that it would be in my best interest to call her back no later than today blah, blah, blah, blah.  So....I called her @ 5:05 when I got off of my LEGIT job & what do ya know......they hung up on me again.  I have no idea who these scum are or from where they are calling from but I work in Law Enforcement and have already filed a report and will next be contacting the FCC.  I am inundated with these scum calling me, calling my family members from all different numbers leaving threatening messages, not leaving messages or leaving robot voiced messages.  On the occasion that I have spoken to someone I have advised that they send me proof of the debt with all documentation that I signed and agreed to to the address that they have on file for me.  I've received NOTHING!!!!  Over 2 years and I have received NOTHING!!!

I received a call from a "Mrs.Trump" please do not make me laugh,,,from Highland Financial Services regarding a matter from a bank account that I had over 7 years ago and claiming that I still owed payment on the account. I paid this account off many years ago and I even have a letter stating that I am in the clear and the debt has been satisfied. I told her that I am tired from different people calling from numbers asking me to settle this debt, technically I also advised her that this was harassment and i could sue them. She told me to calm down and then preceded to basically tell me off and call me a liar. I in return told her to shut up because she is F***ing stupid and then hung up on me.

Nothing, other than empty threats, is all this bunch ever has. They refuse to validate debts because they cannot, and it's less work to bluff and bully their way to profit. Technically a debt collector owes you no documentation unless your request is on paper and is made within the 30 days set by FDCPA §1692g. But then these turds don't really have a debt to collect.

The FCC has next to no jurisdiction here. File complaints with the CFPB, FTC, and attorneys general. Then find where the bums live and sue them yourself.

Much as these criminals preach otherwise, a defaulted payday loan *IS NOT* ever considered "check fraud" by the courts. A PDL is *always* consumer credit. Consumer debt in America is *not* a criminal matter. Collectors do not need and cannot whistle up anyone with a badge and a gun to get themselves paid. Real law enforcers have trouble enough catching people who threaten lives and public safety, and they don't want another job chasing unproven penny-ante debts.

Never let bullies on the phone confuse extortion with debt collection. Honest debt collectors do not typically send their claims straight to a judge, and they don't take your ransom money to broker quick deals with so-called "process servers". There are no secretive "arbitrators", "assessment specialists", "detectives", "investigators", "mediators", or "prelitigation specialists". They are sweaty double-talking criminals with a script full of coercive remarks. Lawful debt collection is a process, not an ambush, and you are due a chance at each stage to raise a dispute. The agents' horrid threats are empty and their conduct is illegal. Do not reward lawbreakers with your money. Challenge them always, sue them if you can.

Hello,
Can we report them to someone, they keep calling my job... I can get fired...Ms. Trump hung up and called my job AGAIN.......this has to STOP! Who can I report this to? they called 1year ago and stopped and now again they are calling again please help
