They call me to my cell telling me about I own on a U.S. bank n if I did not pay them like 1700 right there that cops would pick me up at my house or at work I would like for something to get done they call me from 2 numbers a 866 372 8831 n a 404 492 6796 I hope this help to catch them
I have received a forward message from a relative from the number (404-492-6796) saying its Ms. Trump (or something like that) and she's with HFS. I want to know who are these people and what do they want? I called and they asked for my name and then number, then ask for my last name....I told the lady I'm not going to give out that info and then she said have a good day and hung up on me. By that time, I'm like what the heckers?!?! What can I do so these people or such person and/or number doesn't call me or any of my relatives anymore or who do I file a complaint to?
Continuation of my first message, it also has to something to do with Arbitrations or something like that. Whatever this is, it needs to stop and find something better to do.
Yea this company is nothing more than a scare company. For those researching, Payday loans and ANY loan companies that you have missed a payment and a week later submit you to "arbitrations" is not a criminal offense and you wont have anything to worry about. Soon as they told me "Im with the arbitrations dept" I hung up. There is no "department of arbitration". PURE SCARE TATICS and quite funny too
Even if they so call say they are with small claims or will "submit to small claims", they cant do that as well considering ALL LOAN COMPANIES are insecure small PERSONAL loans. Unless they are government only loan companies by which dont exists unless its like a First credit Union or something, just laugh at them and hang up.
For verification for those reading. I used to work for a loan company that provided personal insecure loans to people and although you can "fiole", it will not go any further because you cannot insure money. "Attempt To Defraud" is thier scare tatic they say to make your mind think "you are frauding"... You're not and if it was anything legal they would say "Attempt to FRAUD" not DEfraud. Secondly these people do not never want to give you thier verified address, then will make up a PO Box in your city,st .
So simply joke with them and get a good laugh and just let them speak on about something they cannot do. People make mistakes and it happens but when you miss one payment and les than a week later be submitted to "collections", that's attempt to FRAUD the customer my opinion but on well, just dont worry about these jackbabies and go on with your life.
DO NOT GIVE THEM A CARD NUMBER MATTER OF FACT DONT EVEN GIVE THEM YOUR NAME!
