Who called from 4044928491

I am getting call from this # every day. They hang up after couple ring.

The caller is ARS "Alternative Receivable Solutions" (debt collector). This company is not doing a very good job - because when you answer, its music playing, a long hold time, then disconnect.  I attempted to return the call: 404-492-8491 (constantly busy) and after speaking with the phone company I was given this as their main number: 1-866-423-0389 (which is disconnected) or email [email protected].  I emailed them, but normally, people who work in debt collection are ...well, how can you say it..... not the "brightest lights in the chandalier"

I'm at work and have caller ID and that number comes up. When I dial the number back the voice on the other end said "customer service how may I help you"
