Yes total creeps. When they call asking to speak to the business owner, I say in my most delightful receptionist voice to please hold and I will put you right through. After placing the caller on hold, I disconnect their phone call. Whoops! .....I am in fact the business owner.
I called the # back and it went to a google voice mail! He called asking for owner, said she is not available and I asked to if I could take a message...... He hung up on me
Chris called me three times in a row; 1st call - he asked for the owner, I asked him to identify himself and his business (hard to understand) and he was rude about "is the owner there? can you just transfer me to him?" - so I said, NO and asked him to take us off his calling list once he identified himself and the purpose of his call (he rudely interrupted me and demanded that I put him through to the owner), I said no and hung up. 2nd call - without identifying himself, he immediately demands to be transferred to the owner -- I promptly responded with "NO, take us off your call list" and hung up again. 3rd call -- no response to my announcement of the company name... just "dead air" -- so I then said, "You have called here three times in a row after my telling you NO and to take us off your calling list; I am reporting your number to the FCC."
