Just received a call from 404-519-9133. Having an Atlanta number myself I figured it was a legit call. Nope, just like everyone else all they did was call and then hang up after approx 5 seconds of dead air.
Came in on my cell phone. It's a spoofed number. The real caller is altering the Caller ID to hide his real number. It takes a real screwed up human being to do this.
I answered the call from this number - robocall stating "the US Department of Education allows us to erase your student debt........" I immediately submitted a complaint to www.ftc.gov as I am on the do not call list.
