Who called from 4045199133

4/1/15 Just received a call from this number. Like the others, since it was a 404 number I answered, but no one spoke.

Got a call from this number. Did not answer. No voice mail. Not sure how they even got my number.

The problem is that when the voicemail or answering machine answers that tells them it's a legitimate number, and they continue to call.

How do the find your cell #?  Sequential dialing. No one needs to sell it to them. My call came on a land line.

Got a call from this  number while on another line. Did not answer. Caller left no voice mail. Looked up the number here and seems like most had a similar experience and conclude that this is a scammer.
