Who called from 4045199133

Well the number hasn't been disconnected because it just called my cell a few minutes ago (04/22/15 @ 9:24am).  I let it go to voicemail, checked here and then added them to my growing auto-reject list.

Calls in the morning no one there

Same here... when I returned the call, it said the Verizon phone number had been changed or disconnected.  I normally would not call back a number  I don't recognize but was waiting on a call frm dr and thought it might have been them.

Called no message left. Called back and a recording from Verizon wireless said the number was either changed, disconnected, or incorrect.

Called, I answered and the phone hung up.
