Called my cell ,didn't know the number, so I rejected the call ,no ,essage left!

Called left no message. I don't answer calls I don't know.

This number keeps calling me and when I answer they say nothing and then hang up.

received call from 404-519-9133 on my cell and home phone no message and silence when called on the home phone. when you call the number back, it says the verizon phone number has been cancelled or changed

This number just called me with a message that I had won a free cruise for 2 and I just needed to take a short survey.  They did not indicate company name.
