Who called from 4045199133

I also got a call, around 10 am today. I did not answer and no message was left.
Just blocked them. I wish I could find out who sold my cell number.

Received a call from this number on my cell phone on 3/24/15, left no message.  Received a call from this same number on my home phone on 3/25/15 about the same time of day, left no message.  Looked the number up on my WhitePages app and it says Verizon Wireless number.  Showed a location on the map South of Atlanta off Hwy 29.  ???

Got a call from this number on March-26-2015 at 9:20am.
I did pick it up because I live in Marietta, GA. and this is a local number to me (404, 770, 678).
Nothing on the other side.
I called back (*67) and it seems to me that this number is not in service and was last issued by Verizon.
I simply blocked the calles.

It said it was from a local cell phone number. Picked up and it said I won a cruise. Another spammer.

Got call on cell phone--definitely a spammer- scammer.  Shame our FCC can't stop this. But , than again the Security people are unable to close out borders.  Seems nothing is working in our Govt. Was a Verizon number, but they said it had been disconnected.  Wonder how the Spammer-Scammers get these unused numbers to show up on caller ID'S
