This caller is saying they will sue me based on a payday loan. I do not have a payday loan.

Steve from North American, called and said I was being sued  for a payday loan, the statue of limitation has run on this, they can't collect or sue

Got a call stating I was being sued. Guy got really upset when I told him all his verified information was incorrect. Said he was an asset investigator

Got a call from this idiot saying I was goin to get sued for 2500 and they would settle for 1600 on some payday loan from cash now, and I have never borrowed from this company, so I told him I would see them in court. Somehow the idiot got my wife's parents address and sent them a letter, still have never heard of this company and will not send them a dime.
