Yepper, got another call from this number @3:08pm 13 Oct. 15. Another hang up/no message, as far as a class action lawsuit goes, why do you want to make some lying political wantabe rich? But I am in favor of holding the phone company's responsible to the tune of $1500.00 per call might slow the vultures down some, plus take the profit out of providing service to known or listed scammers. As for spooffing a phone number that just need to be outlawed altogether with some harsh punishment for the offender and the phone company's, just thinking about it.
RUDE to call someone on their cell phone during business hours!!! I have to pay for long distance calls from some states (including GA) so unwanted calls REALLY upsets me!
Best stragey is to NOT answer your phone. Put your phone number into the DO NOT CALL LIST. We bought a NEW phone that stores 200+ numbers and blocks them. It is the Panasonic from Walmart. It does work, plus caller ID helps. If you do not recognize a number, than it does into "Block List" on your phone. Scammers can call all they want, I block each and everyone. !!
And for those of you that talk about DNC lists - do you really think that someone that is planning on ripping you off cares about breaking that rule? Just saying.
