This number is a scam. Do not respond. They are asking for a large amount of money for a debt that is 10-12 years old, that is not real. After 7 years the claim must be removed from your credit. Again this is a scam. If you ask them about it, they hang up on you.
The incoming number was 864-674-8002 (Jones, SC) but the woman (Donna Carter) left a message to return the call to 404-551-3406. She was calling asking for someone I used to work with in 2005-08. I guess they check phone records to see what numbers the person they're seeking frequently called.
