Called Cell phone left message to call David Gaines a claims agent about a legal charge against me, says he has been calling me for some time now. He sure have, but when you start yelling at me about a matter I will not talk to you. He says the matter will be turn over to the county.

Call is out of Atlanta,Georgia and it's a scam.  An unknown male called demanding payment or go to jail.  I told him I would be waiting and he became very hostile. When I told him the police were called he said he would sue them and me.  Don't think a legitimate company would yell or threaten to sue you.

Same thing happened. "Paul" demanded 1215.00 and credit card information or else he would have no choice but to have me picked up by legal authorities. Finally hung up on him.

Caller who identified himself as Paul from US one financial. He demanded a credit card for the amount of 1215.00 that I supposedly took out sometime ago. "Paul" could not even tell me who the creditor was or when. I just hung up on him.
