this is US 1 FINANCIAL calling from this number they had called my parents with the number 1-404-900-5613 and telling my mother she was a co applicant on a loan that i had defaulted on and my mother never had to co singing or was ever a co applicant on any thing with me and when she handed the phone to my father the man named chris baker was discussing my financial situation i supposedly had with them and for me to call in order to avoid prison, i searched online for the number and came up with nothing and then searched us 1 finacial and got a number and called it and left a message for david gaines, when david called back he called me from 4045965681 and the caller id said wireless call and he verified yes that a chris baker is an agent with them and i told him what chris had done and david wanted my info and i refused to give it him, then this morning this chris baker calls a friend and told her she was a co applicant on a loan i defaulted on and she was to pay @1016 by noon or he was going to have a felony warrant issued for her arrest, for one i have used bot names for personal refferences on a presisting loan that is not in default and why would i need to co applicants, these guys are using scare tactics to get personal refferences to pay they are scamming ..... they never called me from the number they have called my friend and parents from they have only called me once from the wireless number i know have an attorney involved and these guys thought i was joking and said i have no money to hire one hmmmm how much do they really know about me
do not take any crap from these guys do not give them any information just tell them to do what they think they need to i have recording of them refusing me a debt validation and copy of documents telling me they already processed and now the justice is taking over and it will cost me $4500 to bond out.....dont let tese scare tactics get to you there are plenty of lawyers that will sue these kind of people for free
