Didn't answer the call, automated message left on voice mail. Message stated that it was in regards to our AT&T account and that if we upgrade the lines we could get a free visa gift card. Don't know if they are legitimately affiliated with AT&T or not.

Have received many many calls from this number. I answered today and the gal said that she was definitely with AT/T. I asked her twice. She starts by referencing the letters that AT/T sends out and that they had not heard from me yet, so they were following up. She claims that AT/T is going from analog to digital. If we do not let someone come out and switch over the lines, that once their AT/T biz customers were converted, that AT/T would no longer support the analog line and that our business would start to experience dropped calls or lost calls, etc. Then she quoted me a MUCH higher monthly fee than I am currently paying for the AT/T line. She claims they are bundling the services, that I would no longer be paying for caller ID, call waiting, etc separately. Sounds like I am better off paying for them individually. When I told her that at this point I did not want to make that decision, she said that she would just put this on hold until another bundling package became available and that I could just disregard the call.
