This company is (collections dept) very unprofessional and hangs up on you. Being in collections, u should never hang up on someone, unless they are using vulgar language. I know they probably get commission (bonus) when they collect, but acting in an unprofessional manner will not help them pay THEIR bills.. National Credit System>> GET IT TOGETHER OR LEAVE IT ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!
