We get phone calls from this number as well as from a number in Florida. At first they would ask how we liked our magazines. When I told them that we didn't want the magazines and never ordered them, they hang up. This time they tell us that we owe $1,500.00 for magazines that we never ordered. They can't close our "account" until we pay. The magazines keep coming. All different kinds- Mens Health, Womens Health, OK,US, some fashion stuff. Don't want them- never did. Absolutely DID not ever subscribe to any of them. Does anyone know who these people are?
Numerous phone calls over the course of a few weeks. Most of the calls are during 8am-5pm EST. No message ever left. I finally answered & the femaile on the other end asked for Terry.
Alot of noise in the background (typical Customer service banter, I beieve).
They called with legitimate info about a magazine subscription that I have. They offered to renew my subscription and even promised a free gift. I managed to find out that the company was not the company that I pay for my subscription, and when I hung up the phone, the woman called me back to curse at me. Do not do business with this company.
