Received call from someone saying my computer was sending out crash notices. I ask them what type of computer did they show I had, she answer with Microsoft. I told her I didn't know I had a Microsoft computer, my brand was something else. She goes and get her supervisor who tells me I have a Dell. Wrong again. I told them they were scammers and I didn't want need their help because I have no problems with my computer. I hung up!!
404-636-6205: The caller states that my computer is sending "messages" to Microsoft and that I need to follow their directions in order to fix the "problem". THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!
