That number called me say I have a case pending with my SSN and said I need to come up with 500 by 12/30/13 or a court date will be set. Who are the people.
a agree he is no deputy. I have talk to a deputy after receiving one of these calls. He informed me that you will not be arrested for payday loans no matter if it was started with a checking account. They are considered loans the only way they can get you is through small claims court
Don't take idle threats from these guys.....they are full of it. Something about payday loans back in 2006.The loan was satisfied, brrowed $200.00, received over 1500.00, Wow want a interest rate. Closed bank account to keep them from getting anymore. Its 2013 and still wants more. This is a bunch of crock. Never do a internet payday loan.
Once again yet another debt collector call for Ms. "Honey Jupiter". yah I know crazy name. She owned the number before I got it. It's a real name. Her dad called once. Apparently she didn't give her new number to her dad.
Anyway, debt collector calling for an old debt. Ms. Jupiter, kindly handle your [***]. tired of getting your calls for the last SEVEN YEARS.
Just received two calls back to back when I ask who was calling they hung up, I called the number back and was told he was an agent for a law firm and was filing for an arrest warrant immediately if I did not pay an outrageous about of money "NOW" because within one (1) hour I would be arrested. Heehee, my boyfriend is the Chief of Police!!! I told this man not to call me again and he told me "He would call every minute of the day if he chose too and nothing I could do about it" I told him again to stop calling and he said "keep my family close because he would start calling them as well until I paid him" I am reporting this number to the BBB but when you research this number I get no results, does anyone know who these "IDIOTS" are?
